Registered Clubs Amendment Regulation 2007

The Club must display a notice setting out how members can access the clubs financial statements and information concerning management and administration.

Pursuant to Clause 47H (d), the club must display a notice in a form approved by the Director of Liquor and Gaming setting out how members can access the clubs financial statements.

Pursuant to Clause 47HA (1) (c), the club must display a notice in a form approved by the Director of Liquor and Gaming setting out how members can access the clubs information concerning management and administration.
