What a MASSIVE night!
On Saturday 17th July we hosted a record crowd of football fanatics to watch the battle of the West, Penrith V Parramatta. It was our biggest crowd yet, and the best game of the season. The pressure was on our team to keep smiling, work quickly and keep our standards high for thousands of customers. We didn't quite win the game on the field, but our customer service team performed with outstanding results. We're so proud of you for thriving under the pressure and providing the level of service that we've become famous for. There is no other stadium team like our stadium team, and the service we provide is second to none! Well done team and THANK YOU for your hard work.

Did you hear Andrew Moore on 2GB, Saturday 26th June?
Andrew Moore read out a fantastic letter written by one of our Friday night customers praising our staff and our service. The letter was written by a customer who had some difficulty due to a disability and was so impressed with the help we gave them, they wrote a letter of praise to the radio. Andrew went on to say that from his own personal experience, he has found our team to be friendly, welcoming and as helpful as any staff at any stadium he's visited.
We believe we have the strongest team in the NRL competition, both on and off the field. This publicity on the radio shows that we are being recognised as leaders in customer service.

Another Great Night at CUA Stadium!
We're setting the standards both on and off the field with great results on the scoreboard and fantastic feedback from our customers. Let's keep our standards high and keep the crowds coming back for more. Together, we can make 2010 the best season ever!!
Don't forget to wear black trousers (not jeans) and comfortable, black enclosed shoes. Parking can be difficult on game day, so make sure you allow yourself plenty of time. Please see the Rosters section below to view the roster on line.

Rosters
The roster for Friday 30th July is available here. This roster was posted 27th July 2010. You will need your employee number to find your shift.
Check out the staff rosters at CUA in the West Canteen or the Football Office Reception or call 4725 6400 between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Rosters will be posted on the website each Thursday prior to game day.
If you can’t make your rostered shift you must call the numbers listed on the Game Day Contact Sheet. Messages in the office are not checked on game day so please don’t leave a message on the office number.
Remember that game day parking can be hectic! Plan your trip to work to make sure you leave enough time to be at your designated work area ready to commence at your rostered start time.
Payslips
Looking for your payslip? It’s available for collection on the Thursday following your shift. See Sharon at the football office between 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. If you’re picking it up on Game Day, visit the Game Day Operations Office.
If you haven’t collected your payslip by the end of your following shift, your payslip will be sent to the pay office at the Panthers Administration Building.
